Refund Policy for The (Crypto) Real Estate Program

We stand behind The (Crypto) Real Estate Program and your satisfaction with it is important to us. However, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and providing the Program, we have a very strict refund policy. Most of our content is digital and therefore, a lengthy refund period could result in potential misuse of our proprietary materials.
Refund Policy:

Full Refund: Within the first 14 days after the purchase date, if you have accessed less than 30% of the program content and you are not satisfied with the Program for any reason, you may request a full refund. Please note that you must submit your request within this time period, along with an explanation for why you are unsatisfied. The eligibility for a full refund is up to our discretion based on your explanation.

After 14 Days: No refunds will be granted after 14 days from the purchase date and all payments must be made in a timely manner. If payments are not made on time, you will not have access to the program content.

For Subscription Plans: If you have subscribed to a monthly or yearly plan, you can cancel your subscription anytime. The cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle, meaning you will not be charged for subsequent cycles, but no refunds will be made for the current active cycle.

No Refunds for Change of Mind: After the first 14 days, we do not provide refunds for change of mind or unscheduled non-usage of the program content.

Technical Issues: If you're experiencing technical issues that are preventing you from enjoying or accessing the program, please get in touch with our customer service team. We will make every effort to fix the issue and if we can't, we'll provide a pro-rata refund.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, please email us at [insert email address]. Include your name, email address, purchase date, and the reason for your refund request. Once we receive your completed request, we will respond within 48 business hours to confirm receipt of your request. Thereafter, it may take an additional 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
Please note that we reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following situations:
- If you've accessed more than 30% of the program content.
- If it's more than 14 days since your purchase.
- If you have not provided a valid reason for the refund within the 14 day period.
- If we determine at our sole discretion that you are excessively using the refund policy.
